Looking at the ingredients above it is easy to see how vaping is vastly healthier than analog smoking. There are certainly questions and areas of doubt, yet the main components of e juice seem to be no more than everyday products most of us ingest regularly anyway. The main difference is how the substances are ingested. Time will tell and to some extent (in regards to PG) already has, whether people will suffer any adverse effects or allergic reactions. It would probably be wisest to stick to as natural a product as possible when vaping - but this is only the personal opinion of the author.

Liquid has to have the correct viscosity to vape correctly (as you would expect) and therefore requires you to observe it and experiment. Water liquifies your juice so you don’t have to pull so hard on the vaporizer. PG produces a pull less fluid than H20, but holds flavors and scents in well.
